Marta got her degree in Differential Equations and Functional Analysis at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Science and Technology Roma Tre, Rome and her PhD in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. She has accomplished a 3 years post-doc within the Marie Curie research training network in astrodynamics AstroNet-II. She worked at the at the NEO Coordination Centre (ESA-ESRIN) as Orbital Dynamicist for asteroid orbit determination and impact monitoring services. Marta joined Cranfield University in 2019, and is now Module Leader of Astrodynamics and mission Analysis, Logic and Automated Reasoning and Astrodynamics Software. Her research interests include: asteroid orbit determination, potentially hazardous asteroids, distant retrograde orbits, low energy transfers, computer vision, logic and automated reasoning
